On Saturday the 17th of June we will be holding an auction of Catalogue Warranted Horses.
The catalogue will be produced a few days prior to the sale, and will be published on our website, facebook and twitter pages, as well as printed and available on the morning of the sale. We would like all entries to be accompanied by a maximum of two photographs, and a short description of the horse including abilities and vices. The entry fee for the catalogue section is £30 per horse, and covers entry in the catalogue and all subsequent advertising.
The catalogue sale will commence at 11:30am and lots will be sold in catalogue order. The site gates will open from 07:30am.
This will be followed by a sale of unwarranted horses, that have not been pre-booked, and are welcome to arrive on the day of the sale. An entry fee of £15 will be taken at the gate in exchange for the passport for each lot, and £5 will be refunded from this on the sale of each lot. Horses will be sold in the order that they arrive on sale day.

Entry fees can be paid over the phone by debit or credit card. They can also be paid online via Paypal using the button below.
Vendors please remember that well-groomed and smartly turned out horses make the best sales. Full conditions of sale are available to download above – entries will not be taken on the day.
Alongside our auctions of horses we will be holding a catalogue auction of tack, saddlery and equestrian miscellaneous. Tack lots must be pre-booked, and will not be accepted on the day. Tack can be brought into the office for lotting on the Friday prior to the sale from 10:00am until 13:00pm. Pre-booked tack can be brought in for lotting on the day of the sale from 07:30am. The tack auction will commence at 10:30am.
Buyers: Please register with the office before the start of the auctions to ensure that you have a valid trading account. Bids will not be accepted without a valid bidding card. Cards cost £2 per annum and will only be issued upon provision of valid identification proving name and address e.g. Driving Licence, Utility Bill etc.
